Railfan Information:

Although I have not taken many pictures of this city, I had lived there for many years before obtaining my digital camera.

To start with, there are two rail companies in Muskegon. Michigan Shore operates a short section of track in the areas surrounding Roosevelt Park. Their customers include Nugent Sand, Dana Corporation, and Web Chemical.

CSX is the other main rail company in Muskegon. Their customers are Sappi Paper, West Michigan Mart Dock, and Brinks Farms. North of Muskegon, Fremont Co-op and Gerber Baby Food are serviced by CSX.
