	CP #9511 on CP X747 waiting to head west at Lamar, while CSX Q326 is trying to get into the Wyoming Yard after being stopped at Lamar. Q327 was doubling up his train, but an engine died while doing so. Confusion took place between Q327 and the dispatcher. What a mess.... 03/11/04
