Very sweet news! I can see where shorthaul is coming from about the image of being a company who doesn't mind pollution when running a steamer. BUT....I think what it does more for people is make them think travel by rail is , an elegant, sexy way to travel. That alone can boost ridership for compan...

Mine....although a far cry from the ships like Badger, my favorite is Lansdowne. Not the barge version either, back when she was a side wheeler. I'm not sure what it is about her. I think her name has a lot to do with it, and the fact that she had survived for so long.
