I think the plan to move the tracks is dead. Most Michigan City officials say its a waste of money, NICTD is the only one that wants the tracks to be moved. There are way way to many houses and businesses in the way. And Ron Hamilton Jr. just won the 3rd ward council seat and he is strongly against ...
