when i was out that way on another part of that line in the day light hours i caught like 10-12 so i'm guessing that 25 in a 24 hour period may be a good guess, i remember seeing 4 coal trains, 2 loads and 2 mptys, the rocky mountain tour train, and the rest was general freights..

the plant is by the NKP but has never saw rail service..

NS olivers yard also has 3 tracks but they are not shared at one time they could interchange here, but i think the switch has been removed.

the box car in the davis siding was when they were getting in plywood, there is rumor that sugar will be stored there or maybe pickles, which are both being warehoused at the home office in corunna mi. right now. i'll keep talking to my contact....

there is rumors from davis cartage they MIGHT start using there siding again in the spring????, i have been delivering freight there , and have been talking to the manager, he was telling me they are getting the warehouse ready for food grade level inspections. time will tell... the siding comes off...
