I heard Ellen was in Toledo spreading the word to train watchers about the new Fostoria rail park. Yes, I avoided that booth like the plague!! Excellent! Did you stop at Glendale? That is a nice place to watch northbound traffic from Cindy for the Toledo Sub and New Castle District. Plus it nice to walk around downtown and look at the places.

Ok, so let me ask another question, where did this line cross the B&O? I have been to Troy a few times when I was down in Dayton, and the only real spot I can see this is where the Troy depot is, as I know there is a spur off the B&O that ends out near the large grain elevator near I-75 and Co RD 2...

I am looking to follow the track from Portland to Muncie this Sat. I know there are few trains that use this besides the few locals. Is there anything interesting along the line such as old depots, signals, bridges etc, to take pictures of?

A simple "yes sir" and moving his bicycle to the sidewalk would have sufficed. Trying to "teach" the cops about property boundaries or railfanning was a bad decision. Around 11PM on the 15th CSX struck a car at River Rd. between Piqua and Sidney. Then around 5 AM on the 16th they struck a car at Union St. in Troy after the drunken owner parked the car on the tracks and walked home from there.
