Best write-up of it I've ever seen though.

If you want the ho-rez photo, you have to buy it. Sounds mean, but the print quality is far beyond excellent - you won't be disappointed. Been dealing with them for 30 years.

Re: Trestle Remnants off 131 in Boyne Falls
I have a newspaper clipping, actually a whole-page Sunday article, from the Grand Rapids Press, about the Boyne Valley and its fabulous wooden passenger cars, I'll scan & post it when I figure out where the old stack is,

Re: Amtrak ticket agents
There's a flower and garden shop near Grand Rapids (MI) that only takes credit cards. Maybe debit cards. Of which I have neither, so I can't shop there. There hasn't been any real outrage about it, and no lawsuits. So, it's (illegal) business as usual. I'd get a prepaid debit card, like what Wal-Mar...

Re: New industry connection at CP Godfrey?
Had a Dr appointment so I walked the Interurban trail on the way home. Spur's connected to Old 17; it has a tail track long enough for probably a trackmobile and one or two cars. At Chestnut, concrete is being laid for a wide driveway-type entrance. It's big. The lot's been cleared out, but there ar...

Re: SRI Adds Pacific Parlour cars to Fleet
Saw the whole fleet in a row at Beech Grove Sunday. A little ratty looking, but nothing a little clean-up & relettering can't fix.
It's not often you can see an entire fleet all at once.

Teacher friend of mine was driving the other bus. He found out when a bus from another district dropped of the kids who didn't need to go to the hospital.
