I have often wondered why Regal does not use rail. They have a mountain of scrap and rail on two sides of the yard. If you have not seen it, check it out on bing.com in birds eye view. Good view of the interchange as well.

Seems like a million bucks could be put together in short order if they were to all go in together on this. If the City of Ann Arbor, Brighton, Howell, the townships of Genoa, Northfield, and Hamburg all paid in, we are talking less then $200K a piece. Might kick this thing off a little sooner.
