KBS crew I saw 2 summers ago hopped off the engine in flip flops, wife beater, and shorts to do their switching. You're not kidding, are you? I had the radio on at home last night, heard talk of a Q517, and did a double take. It's been years. That was one of the hot southbound trains on the railroad back when I started fanning in the late 80's, along with R513 and R371.

I planned my summer vacation around it.

I take it the old south end CG passing siding bridge is now gone?

I could tell it was west of Erie Jct, but was still wondering if it was near the Greenlawn Ave. crossing, east of the Metcalf underpass. Looked like a good morning shot with not a lot of clutter.
