Yep, thats why everyone I know who has other television and internet options other than comcast have switched to something else. Not only do they keep raising prices, but they also keep taking channels away and then make their customers pay extra to upgrade and get them back. It's rediculous the len...

If you decide to buy a 360, make sure its brand new. The very first models they made were full of problems. I made the huge mistake of buying a used one off of ebay that ended up crapping out 2 months after I bought it. If you have a HD television or plan on getting one soon, PS3 is the way to go as...

That sucks. But after all the times I've driven up and down 23, I do remember seeing it in the past.

Although my memory of being up there last summer is still foggy, I think there is one of those walmart supercenters north of there. If your ever in Tawas and looking for some good pizza, G's is the place to eat. Right on the main drag thru town, across from the pier.

The one I think your talking about is in Tawas City. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think its still there. I sort of remember seeing it when I drove thru town. I have always hoped of seeing a train go down the tracks that run thru town.

I hope you can get some pictures Norm. The new switch that you were hoping to get pictures of being installed on the Chicago Wye in Durand is still sitting there as of last Friday.

Was going down White Lake Rd yesterday about 4:30 in the afternoon and seen a huge backup and the crossing signals on. When I got up to the tracks, seen MOW just south of the crossing.

Speaking of bad crossings, went over the worst one I've seen in a long time yesterday on Lake George Rd near Imlay City. Evidently this has been an ongoing issue because the road commission has orange signs posted on both sides of the crossing telling people that the crossing is maintained by CN and...

Sometimes it seems there's more engines around Sterling Yard than cars  Especially by the 17 mile overpass. I should definitely drive by that way more, since I live only a stones throw away from there. A while ago, there was talk about no more trains north of 59 due to the Utica plant shuttin...

Stopped by Davisburg today to grab some lunch from the party store. The MOW work being done in Holly explains why the sign (which I believe indicates slow order) is still in place just before the Eaton road crossing facing the north/west bound trains. Firemedic54, what a great location you have.

Its definitely been awhile since I've seen those Davisburg signals not display their default settings. I guess I keep stopping by at the wrong times, although occasionally I'll get lucky. I also cruised by the siding at andersonville this morning but all signals were red so I decided to head home. D...

Was passing through Davisburg this morning. When looking west down the tracks, I saw what looked to be a slow order sign right before the eaton road crossing. Has anyone seen any work going on up the line today?

How heavy is the rail activity in Deshler on Monday's? It seems to be the only day of the week I will have a realistic shot of getting away all day. I might trying heading down there in the next few weeks.
