price is still TBD. I am still in the design process and it will depend on how many orders i receive. i'd say most likely no less than $6-8 per set. I will put you down for some. thanks,
Chris

Re: Lake State Railway color
Yeah, i don't plan on making that unit though. I'm trying to find a good color match for LSRC blue units... after the D&M paint scheme.

Re: Lake State Railway color
381 wasn't in my current plans. I was referring to the newer paint scheme with the CN zebra stripes in dark blue and white.

Re: Michigan Shortlines - taking orders
I have JUST recently done my first 2 N scale locomotives. I'd be willing to consider doing more depending on the paint scheme. I wouldn't want to take on something i wasn't 100% sure i could too in such small scale. What did you have in mind?

Do you happen to have any photos of the patched units? and good pictures of the patch itself? I may have to make some of those!

Re: MMRR trackage
I found a newer map from MDOT which now shows what you are saying which makes understanding a lot easier... it does show all 3 branches now whereas the map i had looked at earlier (Rail America map) only showed the one section where GRE met the former greenville sub. I'm now feeling better about the...

Re: MMRR trackage
With them abandoning the greenville sub it seems like they lost a lot of their territory... is this company failing or are they efficient with the customers they have? From not knowing about them and just browsing the net it seems like their future is pretty shaky. Not that their a bad company...but...

MMRR trackage
Hello everybody... i'm starting to get into shortlines and i've been trying to research a few of them. I'm curious about the MMRR/GRE... The map i'm looking at on LSRC's site shows them on the map but it appears that they have very little trackage... Does anybody know how many miles of track they co...

Re: Michigan Shortlines - taking orders
Gary... I have been doing research lately to see what i wanted to do for myself and i came across both of those and also share an interest in them so there is a good possibility both of those will be available. Yes, if you provide the shell/loco i can paint/decal them for a discounted price as i won...

Re: Michigan Shortlines - taking orders
thank you for the correction on the MMRR and GRE... i think i'm just used to typing -2 after everything since GTW is my main focus. The price would depend on a few things... Are you providing the locomotive? What details do you want added on? Do you want prototypical nose headlights? Prices usually ...

Michigan Shortlines - taking orders
Hello, I am planning my projects for 2009 and am taking orders for Michigan Shortline Railroads. No payment is due at this time, just trying to see how many decals i will need to order. Each road name will probably only have enough decals to make 8-10 locomotives so don't wait to reserve yours. If t...
