According to statistics that crossing, just west of mp152
Rendesvous Rd, is the most dangerous crossing in
Lafayette Parish. It's hard to believe, but it has logged

As a BNSF employee i would like to see CN merge with us but i think we will merge with the KCS for 1 reason the Meridian Sub we run Stack trains from Birmingham, AL to Meridian on the NS and then Meridian to Dallas, TX on the KCS.

Happy 15th Birthday

Just last week i had to turn in a railfan for taking pictures in the Lafayette La BNSF yard i was on a yard job and this person was in the middle of my yard. BNSF does not mind people taking pictures but just don't get in the way of operations and STAY OUT OF RAILYARDS and you will be ok.

Just come back to Michigan and Railfan with my friends that i only get to see once a year.

CSXT will cut 40 jobs from Grand Rapids MI on Dec 15th 2005.

We had that car on our line last year it was empty going to TX to get the load it was a 25MPH car when empty.

Just wanted to let you all know i will be in East Lansing for 2 weeks. I will arrive Mon Jan 2nd on the Blue Water in EL and i will leave on Monday the 16th out of EL i will be spending most of my time trackside at the EL Amtrak Station,I am also going to try to make it to Durand.
