Re: AMTRAK CARS

A few weeks ago an eastbound train out of Dearborn had SuperLiner cars. Normally we don't see them in Michigan until after some heavy snow and cold weather.

Re: just aaron & big frank go to bellvue/fostoria

No I am not crying. After all I am not the one who got the ticket for driving over the posted speed limit and then complain about getting the ticket for the actual speed that you were doing. Don't blame the trooper, blame yourself.

Re: The Toledo, Lake Erie, & Western Railway

The steam enigne that you mentioned was owned by the Michigan Railroad Club and the TLE&W took ownership of the locomotive in 1972. Originally, the MRC obtained the locomotive from Detroit Edison.

Re: Delray

Delray Tower is located in the southwest part of Detroit on Dearborn. As noted, tracks in the area border the I-75 bridge in that area. If you park off the side of the drive by the cement plant you should be just fine. I have been their several time and have not been questioned about parking in that...

Re: CP sells major stake in Detroit River Tunnel

If I recall correctly, Conrail sold the tunnel to both CN/CP. Thats when one of the bores in the tunnel was in larged. I think that CN sold its interest in the tunnel, but with running rights through it and CP became the owner.
