Rochelle Diamond Lodge... How is it?

Unread post by bnsfben »

I am thinking about staying at the Rochelle Diamond Lodge in Rochelle over my spring break. Have any of you ever stayed there? Is it a nice place to stay? One of my concerns is getting sleep at night with the nearly constant horns. Anybody know how bad it really is?

Thanks for any tips!

Loud. I haven't stayed there for a night, but the horns are loud.

I've slept in my car in the park and didn't find the horns to be objectionable. I can't imagine it would be worse inside a house.

You guys are to pampered. Do like the conductors do and wear ear plugs when they sleep on the train. And you don't have to worry about the next signal, banner testing and retarded motorist's when you sleep. Sheesh!
