I took a drive by the cadillac yard today. There were about 15 of the AOK hoppers waiting to haul sand. I kind of like the look of the old patched up hoppers. Most still had the Chicago North Western logos visible.

the first eight cars were brought down from Yuma today. Should be on mondays train.

Which now has a lot of old box cars, some equipment cars belonging to Mears, and three cabooses stored at the old scrap yard.
