LSRC short nose

Unread post by OaklandCountyCustoms »

Hey everyone... i don't live near the LSRC or SBS and haven't been able to find any good overhead pictures of the GP/SD units. Do these units have black anti-glare paint on the tops of the short noses? Also, does anyone have a list or know the "city of's" on each unit? thanks everybody.

Hi, I shot a video from a walkway over 5921 a while ago and posted it on youtube. It looks like this unit does not have black anti-glare paint on the short hood in the video but the video was shot with the sun in about the 10 o-clock position to the camera so it's not the greatest.

Excellent pictures, GTW6401. If they use antiglare on the nose I can't pick it up. It all looks shiny dark blue to me :?
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

Do you know the current roster?

Thanks for your help so far.

The tops of the LSRC painted C425's noses appear to be antiskid/antiglare black.

Do they still have the fleet of GP40's and GP38M's or are those gone too?

Yes they do, plus an ex GTW SD40. Not sure why Steve didn't list those.
