Michigan Railroad Map

Does anyone know if the State of Michigan makes railroad maps. I got an Ohio railroad map last weekend in Fostoria.

The 2013 map really disappoints me. The 2011 map was rather detailed, showing most (maybe all) of the shortline and regionals, as well as towns that the lines pass through. Someone had to put in quite a bit of effort to make this inferior map, rather than simply updating the old one. :x

As a state publication, I think its fine to post it, thus until I find out otherwise here is the 2011 version:

It looks to me they resized the 2013. The 2011 when printer in portrait on 8.5x11 paper was almost unreadable. Luckily we have a printer at work that will print 11x17. Makes for a much easier size to read.
