i am sure some of you know about these models, but for those that dont.

Thanks for the head's up. I like the detailed text they put with each model - makes the research a lot easier.

Be advised that these are a very complex kit. You'll have to bend your own wire for piping, handrails, etc. I have one of their hot coil cars, and one of their MP Transfer caboose kits. VERY difficult. For the Transfer cab, better have some soldering abilities, as you have to build the handrails out of brass wire. Results are worth it, if you don't smash it with a hammer out of frustration first.

**Edit** I see where they've reintroduced the MoPac cab with etched metal handrails. Probably make the job MUCH easier.

Thumbs up on these kits.

I traded the numbers that I had cut off of one of the scraped cars viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15421&start=40 for a completed model. Nice stuff.

Aaron - Is that the same gauge you model? It looks like HO and I thought you model S.
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

True enough. I do NOT model HO. I just got the car becaue I thought it would be neet to have since I got to cut one up and I have the break wheel in my yard.

A guy here on the Board, "genef" owns the company that makes them. I traded him the Numbers off of one of the Real ones for the finished model.
