Just curious what fun and unique things are out there that nobody has shown off yet. What is your favorite locomotive or car that is custom made on your railroad or display. time to show off!

Since i've painted hundreds of things there are many sentimental favorites in my collection... but today i'm feeling a bit retro and my fav loco of the day goes back to when GTW played some shenanigans with their leased CN power and changed the CN noodle to GT noodle. From what i've heard this made smoke come out of some CN fellows ears when they found out.




Gotta say... the SD40-3 may be one of my most fav loco's (canadian version most specifically) and since CN seems to be or already has rid themselves of most or all of these, i want to share this one as well. One of my fav "CN" patch schemes. possibly my best attempt at painting to a factory look.

Probably would be my CMGN U23Bs or my CNW SD18

these are my favorites the gp9 is a what if gbw lasted past 1993 i also purcased a
atlas genset that will be painted gbw the rs-27 are my best pullers

I've got a lot of really nice custom units, but my GR #3839 done by our own CSX_CO is my all-around favorite mostly do to the fact that it runs so darn smooth. All the working lights don't hurt either.
