cleaning ur model rr layout

hi all ,

ive been looking at my layout the past few months and ive noticed its collection lost of dust, ive been doing some
vac in some areas, and its looking ok. is there any chemicals or household stuff i could spray in areas too clean.
many years ago before i built my new layout i used a some kind of a spray chemical i bought from the hobby shop and it worked. but sure stink.
