Adobe Photoshop<Paintshop Pro X2 works>

Does Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 read *.ARW Raw files? Was reading the reviews on Amazon is version 6 just as good as 7 if not better?

I believe it does, but I think it's actually Adobe Camera Raw that does it and not Elements. You may want to search the forums over at Adobe for a sure answer.

Your camera did not come with any software to convert .raw into jpeg or tiff format? Look in the programs that come with it. I'd be surprised if it didn't. Thats like selling a car with out a spare tire.

It has a conversion program I was just looking for some software that you can work with the RAW file without converting it. If thats possible??

Well I got the new version of Paintshop Pro Ultimate and atleast with my RAW files it opens and allows you to edit them. I just got it and need to test things out but it does open them and allows changes so its a start.
