UP is going to be paying big time labor costs for that one.

1:49 am 2 cars derailed/no local response needed
shortly before 5:00 am it was 29 cars derailed with hazmat leaking/local response occurred
10:30 am 39 cars derailed
Why do I not trust the ability of the Union Pacific to properly supervise an emergency incident?

I might excuse the car count but it took about 3 hours to notify local authorities about the hazmat leaking?
How do you miss something like that?
