Hello everyone,

I'm looking for info on train movements in the Charlotte / Gastonia / Kings Mountain area of North Carolina.

I'm in the area for 6 weeks or so and would like to get some photos of trains in the area, I know the area is mostly Norfolk Southern operated other than that my knowledge is minimal and searching the Internet doesn't get you far.

I'm over from the UK and train information is readily available even giving live times for consists.

Hope somebody can point me in the right direction,

There is an NS mainline from Atlanta to the northeast that goes through there. I'd say 20-30 trains in 24 hours per day.
