Having the cabbage tonight hindered operations on 364 since #30 had issues between Chicago and Niles stop, which would explain the tardiness.

A Southbound train rolled by me here in Waterford at 1:05 AM with CN 5524 in the lead and a CN 88?? as the seconded unit just did not catch the last 2 numbers in the dark.

This appears to be 490 despite no intermodal in the consist.

Also He did not work in Durand tonight as he went through there right around 12:00 AM.

A northbound went through Waterford at 2:56 AM 496 axels per the hotbox detector at MP 34.2. I never did hear this one talking on the scanner here at the house but I will bet that it is 491.

OK, I have the scanner feed going from Durand there is a train that just talked with the dispatcher with a question from the dispatcher about a car fitting in south 7. However when done the train crew identified as 490.

This one should have CN 5697 in the lead.

They are southbound at Gaines now I hope to catch them here in Waterford.

Not really an update anymore, but Amtrak 365 will have yet another cabbage on the point tomorrow morning. 90225 brought up the markers on 364 tonight, with 35 and five cars leading the way east from track 28 in Chicago Union Station. We were completely on time until Lansing, when we briefly got stuck behind 472 with CN 2573, who went into emergency at Trowbridge for a brief period. Met one westbound just west of Pennfield (no details) and that was about it for my little excursion today.
As a note, both today's and yesterday's Blue Water sets were consists from two of the Lincoln Service trains that run between St. Louis and Chicago. Not sure if this is due to the swaps that have occurred over the past week or if they're trying a new operating pattern. Certainly can't complain about cabbages and longer trains, though...
