11:50am - HiRail comes northbound past Royal Oak Amtrak Station on Main 2. For some reason the crossing protection did not go on for the HiRail and they had to be told when to cross Washington St.

11:55am - Maintainers set off all crossings in Downtown Royal Oak and caused alot of congestion.
