That would have been G96429 from either Grand Ledge or Newaygo with CSX 4734 & 370 for power.

Around 03:00 this morning Q33529 went west with 94 cars with CSX 5495 & 8763. Only got a split second view, but right behind the CSX units was an old switcher and a F7A type locomotive. Saw no numbers or reporting marks but, unless they had already been moved out earlier, could possibly be the Coe Rail locomotives from Walled Lake.

Those would be ABRX 725 and 1512 most likely.

Your first post after registering 3.5 years ago is in the update thread? What inspired you to post after all this time?

I live right on the tracks in Okemos so now I have something worth saying. Sometimes. Maybe.

D700-30 is currently headed east out of Benton Harbor; sounds like they are stopping at Bowater.

D707 was westbound by Seymour at 1559. CSX 6116 with 5 reefers and 1 tank. The crew goes dead at 1900. The RN was going to have a cab ordered for them to get back to Ensel.

Where would these be going now (if anyone knows)? They sure have been seen a lot of places! I would like to catch them again! At least I caught them being switched out of Wixom, Tuesday 4-17! I didn't see them more than that, outside of the old Coe line!

D707s recrew is D708s no recrew. D708 turned at Fowlerville and went back west with 45 cars that did not get delivered today and will be lucky to make it back. First day with the new set up is no different than the last day of the old set up. First switch of the day at Rhetec did not begin until 14:25.
