Q335 was arriving at Wyoming at abut 0650.

D707 15 was working in Lake O at 08:30. Released the EC1 and departed west at 08:44. Dropped of a liquid tank of fertilizer and two hoppers of dry fertilizer out at ch 118. Picked up two empty cotton seeds in town. Have about a dozen cars today.

Maintainer has Lake O to Ensel until 1130. Grain train to head east called out of GR at 1000.

Hearing a horn downtown and D707 just called clear WE Fox.
Edit: Y106 just called Approach Madison so sounds like they will meet 707 at Seymour.

GRE: eastbound over Leonard/Plainfield at 9:20 with 9 CHs --- I believe these were the ones dropped off by Grand Elk late last week. There was also a CH and tanker on the far south end of the interchange tracks this morning, but those were not part of this morning's train eastward.

GRE: Came back westbound over Leonard/Plainfield at 11:40 with one CH from King.

Heads-up for the Saginaw Sub this afternoon/ evening: Q322-14 yesterday went up to Flint with BC Rail 4606 trailing. Unless they are short on power for a grain train, BCOL 4606 should be leading today's Q321-15. This would be the 2nd BC Rail unit leading Q321 within a week.

At 11:30 Rn reported to maintainer in Lake O that D707 was at Fox waiting for Y106. They were talking about the grain train that was to run east but it sounded to me like it would be after D707. Anyway Maintainer just released the EC1 from Ensel to Lake O a few minutes ago.

The grain train to go east from GR, G354-14, is still at Wyoming. After messing with multiple EOTs trying to get one to work, they discovered the problem was with the head end device on the 4584. They are now shoving back into the yard track and will take their power downtown to spin it. CSX 5101 will be their new leader.
