K385, loaded slag train northbound and about to turn east, is blocking Farmer St. in Plymouth, with CSX 8305+8623 leading.

3 PM UPDATE: Still there, not moving. They have begun allowing EB traffic on Farmer St. to cross the tracks. It is a tight squeeze between the WB crossing gate and the front of 8305, but just enough clearance. Toledo Wye itself is completely clear. There are several green vests and a small front end loader on the tracks, all next to the control shack on the east side of the main, just north of the wye.

What happen to K385 is either lead or second unit died or after they came to a stop at Farmer Street they could not get it going again and D71404 came up from Wayne to push them around the Toledo Wye the green vest guys SW was talking about they are putting a new signaling sys cable from the signal at John Hixs north to the diamond to the Plymouth yard office

Yep, they were out. There are thick cable ends protruding out of the ground all along the right-of-way on Theodore St. Crew was still out there at 6 pm; noticed they were finally gone when Q334 went thru.

I am now thinking, as PSG above, the crew may not have had anything to do with K385's blockage. May have stalled out when stopping at Farmer when flagging the crossing; they needed a pusher (4032 as Sean reported) to get going again.
