GLC 398 and 399 left Cadillac this morning around 1030 with 5 sand hoppers.

399 returned at 1:40 PM with a centerbeam, a plastics hoppers, 2 flats for Manton and a string of sand hoppers.

From what I've seen in the last few days, there should be 2 loads of lumber, 4 empty flats, 2 plastics hoppers and a tank car waiting to go north.

17:15 EDT: GRE moving around at Fuller Jct. The 24 is out and moving CHs around, wonder if they're prepping to head east?

Bad evening to have prior commitments :x

They went north of the diamond earlier today and took last nights cars to Lowell. They appeared to be setting out the outbounds on my way home.

HSER Durand job and what looks to be the thumb job have met in zilwaukee. The Durand job took approx 30 cars from the thumb turn. The thumb turn looks to be headed to bay city. 2027 and 2026 are headed south with 95 cars

Why do some Michigan updates get moved into the Michigan Shoreline thread?

Any update having to do with a shortline railroad like Marquette or the Lake State, unless their trains are running on CSX rails, generally will get moved to the Michigan Shortline Updates thread if they weren't originally posted there. Helps keep everything together and organized.
