529 is at Clay Avenue in Detroit, heading into East Yard and onward to Port Huron. They have CN 2428 today.

E/b intermodal, cant see power.

A little late, but the CN Track Evaluation cars were in the yard on Xmas Eve.

Headed west out of Battle Creek is CN 8941 (with a great sounding horn i might add) leading blue IC 2458 on a long mixed freight.

Train at East Lansing (posted in Amtrak- sorry!) had a NS SD70ACE leading with similar CN unit behind. Had to be 150 or more, easily. Also, about 10:30 another freight passed through Haslett, but only saw the end of it.

391 pulled into Pontiac Yard at 10:50pm with CN 5420 solo.

950 had CN 5347 and GTW 4901 today. They departed from Moterm around 9pm.

515 departed from Pontiac Yard heading for Detroit at 12:05am with GTW 4632.

CN 5343 was switching at the GM plant on the west side of Lansing around 11:35 this morning. Lots of new autoracks in the sidings there too...

I photographed Southbound train 529 through Fraser at 1:14 p.m. (1 hour ago─at time of post)! It had CN C40-8M #2440 and five loaded "Well Car" sets!
The "Cowl" unit should arrive with the train into Moterm "Long Hood Forward!" It has "One Light" on that end─I love that look!!!!

Earlier tonight an e/b freight was in Battle Creek yard with CN 5703 leading NS 9904 and it appeared they might be getting ready to add UP 3818 to the front of the consist. Starting to see NS power a little more often on CN.
