Unless something has changed recently, there is no way CSX 5211 was the DPU. The ES40DCs don't have DPU.

That had surprised me, too. The #5211 isn't on the list of DPU engines I had seen you post in the Bangor chat not long ago (I had copied that list & saved it).

Regarding Micah's post of D705 at South Lyon last night, the train had 153 cars, and the DPU unit, 3211 was after the 120th car. DPU unit of course could not be 5211. GLC Z62410 was over on CSX at 03:30 this morning setting off another 77 cars for CSX in the Howell passing siding. Same exact amount as their last set off a few days ago.

Unless they are hoarding Ann Pere cars at Ensel, GLC business has died off this week, mostly from the drastic drop in daily ash cars and not nearly as many scrap tie loads. Must be the end of the fly ash cleanup at Muskegon is nearing an end. After leaving 48 GLC cars in the Howell pass on Monday, turning at Fowlerville on Tuesday, the last three days they have not brought enough cars to even come close to filling the transfer. All three days, they have run around their train at Ogihara and backed their Ann Pere set off cars into the transfer. Leaving to head back west at 5:04 pm power light, they left the 77 cars GLC sat off this morning behind for another day and another week. 708 stopped at Fowlerville to pick up the 8 cars they left behind there, will go to Trowbridge and pick up the 54 cars they left there yesterday and call it a week. Departed Fowlerville west at 17:40.

D706-11 @ 6:16pm eastward reported from Seymour mp CH148.1 with CSX engine #3211 leading & CSX #738(?) as a DPU. Heard them talking while working in Grand Rapids about the DPU, but, I don't know if it's a mid or rear unit.

D706-11 @ 7:24pm eastward reported by the DD at mp CH126.3 with 872 axles. The above power with 215 cars.
D706-11 @ 8:11pm eastward reported by the DD at mp CH104.3 with 872 axles & 13,094 feet long.

Dispatch had asked if all of D706's work was in & out of Turner(?). D706 had replied " I have 20 going in & 25 coming out". Is Turner a business inside of Ensel Yard?
