CSX Train Location Updates - January 2021

D705 had 148 cars when rolling slow thru siding at Howell this morning at 04:05 around the 71 cars now parked on the main. They had four units, the two assigned units and two others behind 738 leading. 3211 was after the 73rd car. The third head end unit, CSX 520 was set off at Webberville for the grain train that had only one unit yesterday. Not sure if the other unit went to Lansing or continued onto GRP, which was probably the case with now 213 cars. Not confirmed if the grain train ever got spotted at Webberville after D90106 passed by or if still sits parked at Williamston.

D705-07 at 09:24am westward had advised their cab driver they're shooting for Fox siding mp CH141.8 Looks like the crew's time is getting close to expiring.

D901 yarded train on M2 in Ensel at 11:15. Long cut of ash empties at rear. Guess that means MQT will be busy again...

Except those cars come from/go to the Michigan Shore, not MQT.

At this time, Q327 is still working at Holland.

What I assume was eastbound D702 rolled through zeeland around 09:00 and highballed with no switching work to do. Vanden Bosch feed has already had its first cars of the year, a BNSF and faded BN green car were spotted earlier this week, which were already swapped for another BNSF covered hopper 487909 which is currently on the spur. Both Zeeland Lumber and Plastcore sidings are empty at this time.
