After also needing to wait for two trains on CN Flint, W003 has signal to proceed as of 13:18.

Backing up first off EE Trowbridge siding then taking main track to continue.

What does this mean? I assume these are contractors out working?

They are customers.

D705 did leave Ensel sometime recently and had a long cut of stone on the head as well. StoneCo in Lansing, while having zero cars for almost 45 days, has mountains very tall of crushed stone.
