L303-03 arrived in the Howell siding with 117 cars with the west end of town blocked because they will not fit to meet the G802 grain empty.

I'm guessing you mean Grand Ledge. The train is going there to be loaded. They have to run around the train, put the power on the east end, then shove the train into the elevator.

Q327-04 @ 07:39 Grand Rapids to the RN Dispatcher: CN #3220 “100th Anniversary” unit & CSX engines #3392 + #5469 & 139 cars (76 loads + 63 empties). The CSX engine #3392 was found having a water leak & they added the #5469.
