Q327-18 @ 17:30 is re-crewed & still running as Q327-18 copied his EC1 at Kirk mp CG72.3 & has his signal to proceed westward & can when his PTC initializes with NS engines #1129 + #9551 (elephant style) & 135 cars.

L303-18 approaching Howell with 131 cars. Hope they are meeting 302 in Brighton as I don't think either train will fit at Ann Pere.

Kept waiting to see if I was gonna get a report from DD 19.1 as I was logging in my report that report came through

When he left Waverley with the wet rails and 68 cars #4384 was grinding and working hard it took him a while to get up the grade to DD 19.1

FYI I don’t report every train that I see in order to avoid redundancy

note on 700's pickup this afternoon from east waverly
700's 57 car pickup was at the east end of waverly siding today,
stopped on the main to hang the eot, then pulled by east waverly
with his power and 11 cars, went main to siding at east waverly
onto the pickup, pumped the air and then departed east for wyoming.
the pickup had a long string of covered hoppers and a long string of
tankers, both at the back of the pickup

A little clarification - L301-18 eastbound came in to Waverly yard with 11 cars he stopped picked up 9 more cars for a total of 20 cars and then picked up the 48 cars that the MS left (20 covered hoppers + 28 tank cars) on the siding on the east end of Waverly yard

L302-18 (former D705) @ 01:06 westward reported by the DD mp CH126.3 with 460 axles. CSX engines #5313 + #5444 & 112 cars.

He had signal trouble from mp CH95 to CH105 where the signals kept dropping & bouncing back to Clear. He had to be talked by the west end of Grand Ledge at 23:43 & was going too slow over the DD at mp CH104.3 to read properly between 00:22/00:52 hours. Crew had also indicated they might only be able to make it to Fox Siding mp CH141.8 before they run out of time.
@ 01:39 he took Fox Siding.

As of 09:00 this morning, yesterday's L302 is still dead at Fox. I would guess the L303 crew today will bring the train in, yard it, put their own train together, head east and probably die before they make Detroit.
