Was told by a reliable source there is a Petoskey run today. Do not know what time they left or where they are currently.

Re: Great Lakes Central Updates March 2022
GLC went south from Ann Pere at 04:45 this morning. Returned from Osmer at 09:30, picked up 71 cars off the Howell CSX passing siding at 10:30. May have an exceptional long train when they head north towards Durand and Owosso, possibly with another crew before they leave. Five units on this one,
393+390+386+383+382 on the head end, in that order. Was hoping they would have reactivated GP35 385 but did not. Had not seen this unit since 2018 as its been down for quite a few years, but not as long as 391 & 394.

What made them bring it back? It’s been under threat for scrapping/cannibalism for parts for YEARS, plus, I also thought it had a bent frame, or am I thinking of another unit?LansingRailFan wrote: ↑Sat Mar 26, 2022 1:27 pm385 was reactivated this week but went north on ONTN. It led which was nice.
