M326-20 entered the GR Sub 10 minutes ago. CSX #312 leading with #7012 behind it.

By any chance, did you see how long M326 is? If not that’s okay. We will get DD 91.9 report when they pass.

a bit of history about what is the mj lead today.
before ctc was installed in the late 40's ( 46 to48 iirc )
the mj lead was the passing siding located at zeeland.
the west end was just east of jefferson, with the east end just west
of the old location of the eb single seachlight and the wb app seachlight.
this lasted to the west switched was moved in the 2010's to it's present
location just east of state st.
in the late 90's the east end of the old passing siding switch was removed
and siding track left in place for a few years more. then the east end of the
siding was removed along with the switch to vandenbosch feed, which was replaced
with a curve section of rail connecting vandenbosch feed silo to the lead

G763-20 grain load from Webberville east by Howell at 08:00. 985+581 on the head end. Crew was at the plant at Webberville by 05:00 this morning to put this train together ONLY 13 hours after it was spotted in the plant yesterday.

First off thank you very much Don for posting that explanation!

Note: The original switch for the Vandenbosch feeds siding is still in place and the M.J. lead still runs about 200 feet past the switch before it ends.

Y121-20 eastbound from the main to the M.J. lead Zeeland MI @ 10:59

CSX Slug Set #2239 + #6470 + 1 loaded center beam flat car + 3 box cars + OLS caboose.

Looks like Y121-20 will be setting off the 1 loaded center beam flat car and picking up the 1 empty center beam flat car from Zeeland lumber.

11:23am - G077-20 Westbound clear South Lyon. CSX 5260 leading. No visual.

4540 was the trailing unit behind 5260. Counted 97 cars, but could have 87. Same crew that built and took the load east earlier, and returning this one to Webberville too. With a 35 minute delay at Ann Pere with red blocks and other speed restrictions, they may just have to park this one in the Williamston siding and taxi home.
