M326-06 @ 12:12 on the move eastward from Kirk mp CG70.2 with CSX engine #774 + 1 & now has 72 cars.

M326-06 @ 12:32 came to a stop inside Gross between mp CG61.3 & CG63.1 due to a possible air issue. It turns out the "repaired car" they had picked up from Kirk siding is still defective & will be set off inside Gross Siding.

M326-06 @ 13:42 eastward Bangor, Mi Division St crossing mp CG60.93 cam with CSX engine #774 & 71 cars & rear dpu CSX engine #5103. He had picked up a car from Kirk Siding mp CG70.2 that yesterday’s M326 had set off & while in transit it was found to still be defective & was set off in Gross siding at 60th Ave mp CG62.18 The last 23 cars in his consist were Gondola cars having solid covers white in color. I think these type cars are used for contaminated soil or ash transport?

He is doing work from the Ensel end of the yard mp CH90. MTO Mr. Brown had asked him why he was going so slow thru Lansing & he had replied he had to get below 4mph to drop the Conductor off to work the switch. Are the engines running elephant style, or, is there an issue where the CSX #3417 can't be leading?

L302-06 had advised Rouge Tower his engines are back to back & have no issues.

Coal loads eastbound have a clear indication at Vine 92 at 20:03. BNSF 8073 on the head end, BNSF 9088 on the rear as DPU.

At 20:46 Dispatcher had advised C801-05 he'll be taking Kirk siding mp CG72.3 to clear up for Amtrak P370 & then will head to Grand Junction mp CG54 to add CSX engines #3039 + #3380 behind his leader & take it as far as they can towards the power plant in West Olive, Mi.

C801-05 @ 20:53 eastward, main to siding, Kirk.

M327-07 between 04:45/05:15 Grand Rapids, Mi job briefing with the RN Dispatcher: CSX engine #774 & 45 cars (15 loads + 30 empties) & rear dpu CSX engine #5103 @ 2,728 tons & 2,819 feet long. He’s building his train at this time.

R599-06 @ 06:06 copied their EC1 to depart the power plant in West Olive, Mi & head southward to the Grand Rapids sub-div in Holland, Mi with BNSF engine #908 & 130? empty coal cars & rear dpu BNSF engine #8073 & assumed he also has the CSX engines #3380 + #3039 ("pushers"). He’ll take Wells Siding mp CG41.4 or Grand Junction siding mp CG54 & tie down.
