Southbound 116 by Linden around 2:30pm with brand new CN 3998 solo and 115 cars. First few cars are tanks, followed by loaded racks, and stacks for about the last third of the train.

I caught him crossing Lahring Road just East of Linden. With only one locomotive and 115 cars, I'd say he was only moving around 25 mph and for sure not more than 30 mph.

M383 through New Haven @ 06:40. CN 3215, 5783, double mid-DPUs 2804 & 3856 with ~159 cars. Moving at a snails pace thanks to the slow orders still in effect. Very heavy train today as well.
