Hmmm thanks for the updates, Dok. I presume the cab you refer to is the CSX Operation Redblock 904091 bay window. There's also a Chessie cab at Ensel but I think that's the one they pushed through the engine house so I doubt it'll be used again. 903320 is that road number I believe. Too bad Q334 slipped by me in the cover of darkness.

This might be the last time a B30-7 makes it up to Michigan. Many people don't know that a good portion of the B30-7 fleet came from the C&O/Chessie side of the merger, not from the SBD confederates. Maybe they pulled better back when they were new 20 some years ago.

Come to think of it and re-read your message, maybe the former Cnsel cab you speak of is the 903109 C&O/Chessie wide vision, which was kept in Ensel for years to use on D708 until it shipped over to Grand Rapids.

That would have been a good combo to see, that older 5575 and the Conrail painted 4411.

O59 went south at 0105 after spending the better part of 2.5 hours tripling the circus train. Listening to them get a proper T&A form was a bit amusing. One could tell that the dispatcher was still used to the rules surrounding the old FORM D block permits. At 1231 am the train was given clearance to work between Burton and Karl. Was able to catch them at 84th and then listened to them for 45 minutes while sitting on my dock. Man was it quiet out last night. Power was NS 2127, SOU 3558.

36E arrived in Hugart around 1145 this morning. Didn't catch what the power was over the radio.

In regards to the D700 power, I might have a pic on my camera from yesterday. I spent the better part of the evening relaxing at the west end while Doc 'n crew provided much needed non-circus entertainment for this tired stagehand yesterday afternoon.

Please do not poke at the ramp agent because he has the power to make your vacation
memorable or miserable. It all depends on what flight you bags go on.

N914 is having mechanical problems don't know if it engine or car problems
Plymouth yard master just called him and ask him what mile post the train is and what is wrong. Did not get engine numbers.
