E950 was heading south at Riley St. with western empties at 11:00 AM approx. - probably around East Saugatuck by now.

Heard Q216-20 at Middlebelt, Stark, and then Levan before 2 pm. Around 2:15 heard it around Wayne diamond.

Sounded like CSX 7587 (or 7787) was leading.

From what I was told they are the Chi-town Gensets. Don't think they will be back this way.

1302 and 1303 I believe were assigned to Rougmere. If they were assigned to Barr Yard they would have gone to Grand Rapids for Remote Servicing on Q326.

Zack posted yesterday that it didn't leave Chicago yet, it usually takes two days for N954 to get from Chicago to Michigan (Or Essexville in this case). I'd bet on it being around here tomorrow or even monday due to the snow.

Late update, as I was out hunting Mattsquatch. Enjoyed the chasing of 1225, and running into everyone at Durand.
13 hours later, arrived back at home.

Thanks for the heads up, Tim. I caught this in St. Joe and Sawyer.

Word is, 1302 and 1303 are the first two of a five unit order for CSX. The next three will be for Barr. At least one more CSX genset is currently being built at Paducah.

There was a jet working in Wyoming yard yesterday at about 3. The tower was telling them they had the whole yard since the yard jobs were done and took their power to the house.

Do 1300 and 1301 fit into that 5-unit order as well? Are they still working around the Detroit area?
