First wb of what sounds like up to 4 in a parade by 205 at 0046. It's really dark outside so I can't see what it is. Well besides a train, it's certainly not a unicorn.

Last 30-45m at 205 there's been 3 wb. 149 with an IC leader was first in the parade followed by 397 with 2 cn and a former csx and 700 something axles. Lastly by about 10 after 1 was kind of an odd sight. 711 with 2 cn units for power. I put up video of the first 2 but left before 711 came by, I caught him on the cam. Happy railfanning everyone!

Late report of a late 116 going SB past MP 22.5 around 8 am this morning with a black cowl BCRail unit leading.

501 in Port Huron with a CN SD60 leading. Eastbound with a SD75I about to head east into the tunnel

At 2:30 pm Train 451 with two CN units passed MP 22.5 NB.
At 4:30 pm the weekend local was returning to Pontiac from Detroit past MP 22.2 with 6223 at about 60 mph.

I photographed two trains S. of Masonic Road (at the 'Pumpkin Box'), Fraser! Southbound train 385 came at 5:20 p.m. with CN SD60 #5412, CN C40-8W #2152, 117 cars! Train 533 came shortly after, 5:40 p.m., with CN C44-9W #2628, two loaded "Well Car" sets!!!! Now, since it was so close behind (Yellow signal at 'CP Beck')─it must have used the "Automatic" switches to go onto the siding in Mt. Clemens! Can anyone "Verify" that? If so, I am so glad they are finally putting the siding back into use! It has not since they "Automated" the switches around the time CN combined GTW Local 524 with 533!!!!

Train 391 NB past MP 22.5 at 8:40 pm with five units. It had a CN leading, then I think a BNSF, then an NS, then another BNSF and then that Ferromex unit. Very short train.

A short 116 SB past MP 22.5 at 6:35 am with mixed freight on head-end.
Train 451 with two CN GE's NB past MP 22.2 at 1:10 pm.

SB past MP 22.5 at 6:20 am following Amtrak. Didn't get up to see it. Maybe 116?
Train 950 with 4925 SB past MP 22.5 at 9:35 pm.
Train 950 returned to Pontiac around 4:50 pm.
Train 515 returned to Pontiac around 6:10 pm with doubleheaded 6223 and 5933. Don't know if they left Pontiac this way in the morning of if the usual 6223 picked up 5933 while out on the job. They were flying NB at 60 mph.
5933 just drifted SB past MP 22.5 on the Holly lite at 9 pm. Maybe a 513 on the Holly tonight?
Train 391 with a 4600 series cowl unit leading just went NB past MP 22.5 on its way to Pontiac at 9:30 pm.

There was a SB past MP 22.5 on the Holly at 4:17 am that I didn't get up to see. But it did sound like it had a locomotive on the tail end too so maybe an extra doublestack?
Train 950 with 6223 SB past MP 22.5 around 9 am.
Two light engines, a 2900 and 8900, NB past MP 22.5 at 9:25 am. Must be power off that train I mentioned above that I figured was a doublestack train.

116 went SB out of Pontiac around 1:30 am, soon after Amtrak 354 arrived (picked up my daughter from that train last night). Then at 2 am a lite engine came north at MP 22.5. May have been 5933. Saw it go south earlier in the evening.
Of interest is that when Amtrak 354 arrived the other two locomotives (from 352 and the spare one) had been wyed already. One was on one train set and the other was positioned south of the station to be put on arriving 354 to stage it for this morning. That means that the power off of 354 still had to be wyed today for 350 to have in order for it to return to Chicago as 355. So there must be two switch moves by GTW crews to wye Amtrak power at Pontiac, which seems a bit much.
