From a conversation heard at 08:46, Rouge Tower had asked D705 about the #2652 "he had brought in with him". So, it now appears he had this engine & 78 total cars instead.

N801-06 @ 09:03 eastward reported by the DD mp CG91.9 with 524 axles & 6,849 feet long. BNSF engines #8997 + #6226 & 128 loaded coal cars. He will go into Kirk siding mp CG72.3 to tie down since Grand Jct & Wells sidings also have loaded coal trains tied down there.

Q326-07 @ 09:25 eastward reported by the DD mp CG91.9 with 292 axles & 3,968 ft. CSXT engines #7206 + #30 & 70 cars. He has work for Holland.

Back through Howell only 17 hours after they went east to Detroit yesterday. RN told them before they got to Lansing that there would be no D706 today, but perhaps that meant "just as of that time)

Fingers crossed they meant just as of that time! I was able to move some stuff around in my schedule and actually have a few hours in Grand Rapids right now and was hoping to see something more than nothing. So, while I’m waiting at Judd, I picked up a bag and a half of trash off the ground.

Meanwhile, one empty centerbeam car each at Zeeland Lumber and the lumber place in Grandville.

11:15, Y106, D702 and Marquette all making noise on the radio. MQT just got their yarding instructions from Rouge Tower but am not sure where they are quite yet. Q326 should be engaging Saugatuck Hill at this moment.

Edit 12:00- yard job with 2016 brought one RBOX car and switching Colombian, also 4 gons to be spotted on Service Track. MQT power idling at Judd waiting for a route to their outbound. They will have 3406, 3389 and 3408 going north. Someone is moving stone cars at Conrad Yelvington.

Edit 12:20- D702 is using CSXT 2652, so they must have been cabbed to GR this morning. They are getting underway at Lamar westbound. Y106 waiting on their departure, probably using CSXT 4006. Slug set is still in Holland. Q326 setting off in Holland.

D702 west clear Grandville on the main, about 45 cars, 12:30.

Yes, Q326 and D702 had a rolling meet at the site of the New Holland Rd. former crossing.

D702 consist included 2 cuts of ash gons, tankcars, gons of armor stone, 2 NS coils and some covered hoppers.
