I think 1300 and 1301 are separate and they are still in Detroit, just received their 90 Day inspections.

All four 1300-1303 are assigned to Detroit. They will NOT be going anywhere unless they are replaced by another one. All four or "four of them" were paid for by the City of Dearborn, so they have to stay.

Sorry my bad I misread an article somewhere down the line I'm glad they will be returning "sometime" down the line. Hopefully I'll see them and get a better picture of them on that day
