NO! E951 are BNSF/ Powder River empties from N954 and the Powder River coal is supposed to be going via CN/ HESR to Essexville.

Coal has been running on HESR since the beginning of April, and I posted about a train on the HESR last night as well. The N954 and N956 trains will likely return in the fall unless the contract is won outright by the Huron and Eastern. The CSCX cars are typically used on trains going to the mines in West Virginia and Kentucky.

These empties came north as N952 from Danville West Virginia according to previously posted updates.

It's a split/shared contract. No one is going to buy it out.

That has been true in previous years but I could see Consumers awarding the contract to either the HESR or SBS depending on how things go when the next contract is up for bidding, particularly with the economy limping along.
