Q326 should be getting ready to head out of GR soon. X500 should be about Grandville by now. DS was hinting that we might have a meet on the double track east of GR, with Y106 and Q326.

G640 southbound clearing South Clyde at 13:41 with CSXT 5349 and 4799 leading. Running elephant style...

G640 cleared Plymouth @ 14:34 with 65 cars and a nice mixture of CSXT C.Hoppers and CSXT Corn Express C.Hoppers

In addition to Bill's notes about G640-20, it was the first time I have ever seen Grain Express hoppers on the Saginaw Sub and the hoppers were shootin' out alot of corn on the right-of-way.

Also, as of 3:15pm: CSX 6117 came out of North Yard and ran engine light to East Yard via Toledo Wye.

Z15120 SB Watson 16:56. Empty bulkheads on front, looks like they made a pickup. Nice to see four units on it.

Z151 crew was cabed to Ludington last night, train didn't leave Ludington yard until 11:30 p.m., wasn't out of Baldwin until 3 a.m. Managed to run down to Van's and MI Rail Storage before putting the train back together and dying in Sparta.

Thanks so much guys for the heads up. Ive not been in train watching mode lately with the sour economy, but a GP30 body painted reminiscent of the C&O really gets ones heart thumping! (Maybe I need to get that checked out) on top of that, that bad little 2256 has the horns mounted in the proper classic spot. Nice P-3.

Here are some wonderful videos for you all to enjoy of D717-21 returning to Plymouth, first at Greenfield Road in Dearborn / Detroit border and secondly in downtown Plymouth near the station. Of note, a healthy Q326 came blasting along through Plymouth in the 7pm hour, passing just before 2256 pulled in D717. JRahrig got a video of the passing Im sure he will post at sometime.

For now, enjoy railfanning the Detroit Line, circa 1965! lol ( I mean today!)

P37021 with AMTK 152. Tied up at Ann Street.

Z15120 tied up at North Park Road. Not sure when the next crew will be on duty to take her north.
2 Bulk Flats, and 2 Box cars pulled from Vans.
1 Bulk Flat. 6 Box cars need to be wyed before placement.
