went by guardian glass today in carlton..the usual Covered hoppers were there..There was a lone older CSX two bay on a track off to the left of the glass piles.

A few things first Chris you are wrong about the CEFX cars on Consumers Trains...they are CPOX/FSTX/WSTX/NSTX/ESCX/PSTX for the most part..you may get a rare CEFX car thrown in to replace a bad order in the set from Alliance but that is usually the only case....

Second if you have been paying attention to the last few empties out of Flint...they have not all been E951s and several have run with CSX power because the BNSF power is turned right away to come south as the BNSF wants the power back returned and not held and used on CSX trains..hence 2 empties ran with 4 units in the last week or so and then then other 2 empties ran with CSX power

Last as of last night there was 2 E trains planned..one of them was a empty St Clair and the other a Essexville...wont be able to get a symbol on this train until after work if its really needed?

Hello Mr Gride, the ESCXs, aluminum painted black with green ends have been gone from Consumers for over five years. They do have however JSCX in 6500-6800 series I believe.

Yes I know about the ESCX cars..the ones I am reffering to is the trainsets which include the 6100-6399..these are the newest cars and were leased to Kansas City Power and Light last year before being returned....and yes you are correct with the JSCX 6500-6800

Hmm. What are the build dates on these cars? Are they just like the other Consumers cars? Aluminum with green ends? I thought the CPOX 10001-10650 were the newest ones?
