Looks like the GDLK/CN transfer is sitting next to Fabri-Kal under I-94. Sizable consist but no idea of the power. They weren't moving.

Huron and Eastern 3038 leading 3865 out of Bad Axe at 7:15 p.m. headed west. There was nothing waiting for them at the COOP Elevator in Elkton. There were a couple of high side MWCX scrap gons on the east end of the siding near Tower Automotive, and another short string near the switch to the Tower spur. The first two should be outgoing loads of scrap and the other sting empties to head across M-142 to Tower. The only thing visible in Pigeon was a CSYX covered hopper at the west end of town. It was most likely from Active Feed Company.

Grand Elk is passing Loy Norrix at 1026. Can't tell which direction but it sounds like one of the SD40s.

Grand Elk 302 now arriving in Kalamazoo.

UPDATE: 302 has entered Gearhart with 4206, 4189, and 4125 on point. Looks like 4125 is dead-in-tow.

I heard 3885 in Lowell about 12:30pm, but I did not hear them leave (too many pain meds).

At 1:00pm, 3885 was switching hoppers south of Lowell on the old GTW. All 3 tracks had cars, 20-30 total, and it was backing onto one of the sidings. I assume some were empties heading west eventually. In Lowell, there were 10-12 hoppers only, so there was room for more to be brought in from south of town. More action on the GRE than CSX lately. Most of the hoppers looked like NS/Grand Elk, but can't tell for sure. (Back to pain meds!)

3885 is back at Fuller, they appear to have had about a dozen to bring back.

Interestingly, the 24 was in the barn, but they're now grabbing it with the 3885.

Edit to add: as of 15:10, the 24 is back next to the barn, and they're tying up 3885 inside.

The amount of action on the GRE is crazy. Kings must be running on all cylinders!
