WB L302 w CSX 4042/CSX 3054 clear Levan at 16:00 - CSX 4042 is unique. It has a yellow plow. It’s speshal.

Supposedly signal replacement for the Plymouth sub has been pushed back to 2025. They could turn on PTC between Seymour and Lake Odessa right now, but apparently the FRA and or CSX doesn’t want any “partial” PTC subdivisions.

That lets me out for ever seeing new signals in Howell. I will be fortunate to make to make it 2024. 2025 won't ever happen.

They were talking about Z646 aka the JAIL, who ran NB into Lansing last night.

As of yesterday morning there was ten cars in the interchange track in Ensel for them. Idk about anything else they had from yesterday’s L303/302.
