This is G077-15 headed to Webberville. At around 01:30, L304 (or at least 4003) could be heard giving three-step calls... this was during a chase of a CN train with DPU.

The G077-15 grain train that went to Webberville over night that DriverJon commented about it's horn, had 4758 leading one of only two units in the 4700 and 4800 series that were never stored and remained active. Had not seen a 4700 series unit in years. Trailing unit was 3392. Crew had the train spotted by 06:00 but commented to the RN it was difficult to spot 90 cars in a plant that holds 90 cars when there was 30 extra cars to work around. Not sure if this mean they had 30 extra cars in their train or there were 30 extra cars in the plant. Regardless, not sure how they could get that many cars there at one time and would still be able to have ADM room to load it.

Never reported it, but the last grain load from Grand Ledge went east loaded by Howell at 05:30 Saturday morning running as G801-13, from the empty that went west on the 12th which ran as G802-09.

Waverly Yard in Holland seems to be home to long lines of loaded bulkhead flats with lumber for Lumberman’s, and the typical graffiti clad boxcars which go to Stow on the Fremont Subdivision. An assortment of other tankcars and a loaded lumber centerbeam were also seen.

Meanwhile, in Grandville, the lumberyard spur has a BNSF boxcar spotted late last week. I don’t think they get boxcars all that often.

He was waiting for L301 to clear up into Waverly & L301 was waiting on Y121.
